1. Needs Assessment – understand your goals and challenges, audience needs and workshop format.

2. Design – develop learning objectives and workshop outline to ensure it meets your needs.

3. Development – create the workshop materials, including decks, handouts, and facilitator notes.

4. Evaluation and Feedback – develop an evaluation strategy to get feedback from participants and assess workshop effectiveness.

My approach is very flexible and incorporates ongoing feedback and communication throughout the development process.
