Coach Julia

Julia Rabinovitch, BEd., MEd., PCC

I am passionate about enabling individuals to expand their capacity and take focused action towards realizing their potential. As a solution-focused coach, I support emerging and seasoned leaders to deepen self-awareness, set meaningful goals, explore what’s possible, and take focused action to achieve their desired results.

Through my client-centred approach, deep listening, and results-orientation, I have supported dozens of leaders to accelerate their growth, build resilience, increase performance, strengthen emotional intelligence, and improve well-being.

I believe that each of us is on a continuous learning journey and that being intentional about our goals enables us to create the path we desire. Through coaching, I help clients clarify their intention, develop their strengths, and maintain forward momentum in shaping their unique path.

In my coaching practice, I create a safe space for clients to enable honest reflection and courage to step outside the comfort zone.  I trust that people often have the answers within them, and I see my role as a coach to help them discover and access their wisdom.

My approach is grounded in my values of authenticity, integrity, respect, openness, and balance, and informed by positive psychology, solution-focused methodology, and 20 years of experience in adult and organizational learning, coaching, facilitation, curriculum design, leadership development and talent management.

My professional accomplishments include establishing an award-winning internal coaching program, designing successful manager development programs, creating 360-degree assessment tools, delivering coaching skills workshops to leaders, and contributing to increased employee engagement through performance management and employee recognition initiatives.

I hold a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree and a Master of Education (MEd) degree focused in Workplace and Adult Learning. I am an Erickson Certified Professional Coach and hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from the International Coach Federation. I am also a Certified Resilience Coach. Additionally, I am certified in the EQ-I 2.0/EQ360, CliftonStrenghts, and the Change Style Indicator assessments.
